We have witnessed the injuries and damage that can result from a car accident, personal injury, or wrongful death. We understand the struggle some victims may face in trying to recover compensation for their losses.
In Florida, there are specific rules and regulations that can complicate some insurance claims and the recovery of additional damages, such as pain and suffering, in cases of severe injury or death.
The firm handles cases on a contingency basis, and you will owe no fee if there is no recovery. Although no attorney can guarantee an outcome, we promise to provide you, the client, with the highest level of service possible.
We understand that the reason we are successful is a direct result of the loyalty of current and former clients. Thank you for allowing us to serve you for the past 15 years!
